International charity Oxfam officially launched its BlocRice blockchain supply chain solution for Cambodian rice Nov. 15, Cambodian daily media outlet Khmer Times reports. Dealing in cryptocurrencies without obtaining a license from relevant authorities has been declared illegal in Cambodia, according to an official statement published Tuesday, June 19.
