Surprise collectors will receive a QR code that can be scanned to redeem online rewards in the Play L.O.L Surprise portal. Rewards include digital trading cards, tokens, NFTs or a digital version of their physical collectible.

Users can view their collection in their L.O.L. Surprise Art Gallery, and purchase additional NFTs in the L.O.L. Art Shop when new collections become available through limited drops.

It all began five years ago when Kat first made an Instagram post with the caption “Virtual Clothing!!!” Then, there was a collaboration with Adidas, Off-White, Vetements and Balenciaga. These brands were interested in introducing fashion digitalization even before it blew up in the mass media discourse. In the not-so-distant past, mainstream media may have referred to the hype-fueled crypto bull market — but, with Bored Ape floor prices still in the clouds, we’ll respectfully call it what it is: the monkey run. Market volatility aside, Metaverse evangelists still claim that Web3 finance will revolutionize the way …
